Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be able to hear the service?

All services are both amplified (through speakers) and broadcast on the TLoop system for hearing aids that will use them. Set your hearing aid to the T position to get the best experience.

I have some mobility issues. Are you step free?

The main entrance, and all internal access is step free, with a ramp in place permanently to support mobility aids and buggies. If you are in a wheelchair - please contact the welcome team as you enter to enure they can move a chair so you can sit anywhere in the church.

We strive to keep the floors as clear as possible to reduce trip hazzards. Please let the sidespeorson (Welcome team) know if you see anything that needs attention.

Are your seats comfortable and accessible?

All of our seating is now padded to ensure comfort when seated although those who need additional padding do bring their own as well. If you need a chair with arms - these are dotted through the church, or one can be moved in for you.

I have young children - will they be welcome?

We have some services with a 'sunday school' where children can be taken for the first part of the service. Otherwise we have a children's corner where activities, toys, and other materials are provided. (Note: Children remain the responsibility of the one bringing them to church)

Will there be incense or flowers?

Incese is generally used on the first Sunday of the month, and flowers at different times of the church year.

Please ask as you enter if you have any other needs we will strive to accomodate you in any way possible.
